On 03-27-2014 at approximately 8:30 P.M. Middleton Police with the assistance of the Rochester, New Hampshire Police Department arrested:
Brooks Patrick Age 42
LKA 73 Drew Drive
Middleton, N.H.
by virtue of an active arrest warrant charging Criminal Threatening. The warrant was issued based on an incident that occurred in Middleton, N.H. 0n 03-26-2014. Mr. Brooks was entered into the NCIC system and a request for public assistance in locating Mr. Brooks was issued on 03/26/2014.
At approximately 2000 hours, the Rochester Police Department received information that Mr. Brooks had arrived at an undisclosed motel in the City of Rochester.
Both Middleton and Rochester Police responded to the location and arrested Mr. Brooks without incident. He was transported to the Middleton Police Department, processed and bailed on $2500.00 PR Bail with standard DV conditions. He will be arraigned in the 7th Circuit Court in Rochester, N.H. on April 15th at 8:00 a.m.
