On 07/05/2014 while conducting motor vehicle enforcement, members of the Middleton Police stopped a 2003 Chevy Black Cavalier for a minor motor vehicle infraction.
During the motor vehicle stop, the officers established probable cause that the vehicle contained a controlled drug. A subsequent search of the vehicle resulted in a seizure of a small amount of marijuana.
