On 03/17/2015 Middleton Police responded to 73 Drew Drive in the Town of Middleton for a juvenile issue.

charge at a 10 year old child, pushing him up off his feet and slamming his back against a tile floor.
The Defendant was immediately taken into custody on a charge of simple assault. The child appeared physically uninjured. The Police Department has notified DCYF in Concord.
Simple Assault is a Class A Misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in the county jail.
The investigation is on-going and upon completion will be submitted to the Office of the Strafford County Attorney to determine if charges will be upgraded.
Patrick was held overnight in the Strafford County Jail. She was arraigned on 03/18/2015 in the 7th Circuit Court Rochester. She was held on $5000.00 Cash bail. If she posts bail she cannot have contact with the victim and will be required to undergo a mental health evaluation and wear a GPS device.
