On 05/02/2015 at approximately 9:20 P.M. members of the Middleton Police assisted by the New Durham Police, Milton Police and Wakefield Police arrested:
Christopher Bean Age 29
314 Old Bay Road
New Durham New Hampshire
based on a stop and arrest bulletin issued by the New Durham Police for a domestic related criminal mischief charge. Criminal Mischief is a Class A Misdemeanor punishable by up to a year in jail.
During the investigation in New Durham, police learned that Bean may be staying at 78 Tufts Road in the Town of Middleton.
Police responded to that residence and arrested Bean without incident. Bean was transported to the Strafford County Jail where he was held on $10,000.00 Cash Only Bail. Bean at the time of his arrest was already released on bail from several Superior Court Felonies involving a motor vehicle collision with a New Durham Police Cruiser.
All information related to the criminal charge is being referred to the New Durham Police Department.
